2. Returns on Unopened Products

We may accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• All seals are intact.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Prescription Compliance

Some products require proof of prescription or medical eligibility. We cannot accept returns if you fail to meet these requirements after purchase.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Clearance or sale items
• Products purchased from third-party resellers
• Products that have expired or were stored improperly by the customer

7. Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and importation of our products comply with local laws and regulations. Returns will not be accepted if items are seized by customs or law enforcement due to non-compliance.

Important:
If your website is actually selling anabolic steroids without a prescription in a country where they are controlled substances, you are at high risk of legal action. The above policy works for legal supplements or prescription-only medicines sold under proper licenses, but for black/grey market steroids, even a “return policy” can be incriminating.
